Amenities

One (1) parking space located in the underground Resident garage is included with each rental. An additional space can be rented for a monthly fee of $95. Prior to receiving access to the Resident Parking Garage, the Resident agrees to complete and sign a Parking Garage Addendum and provide a copy of the registration for any vehicle that will park in the Resident garage. Resident(s) or Resident guest(s) are prohibited from parking on the retail level parking area, loading zone, or another resident’s designated parking space. Should a vehicle registered to a Resident or the guest of a Resident be found parked in the retail garage, a parking violation fee of $50 will be charged to the resident. After the second violation the vehicle will be towed at the Resident’s expense. The Resident or any Resident’s Guests that occupies any parking spaces(s) in the garage, whether assigned or not, will be towed at his/her own risk. Landlord will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever to any vehicle owned by Resident, or by any of Resident's guests, parked anywhere on the premises, including towing damage.
